How long does delivery take?

Do I need a permit to keep totes in my driveway?
Most Austin-area neighborhoods don't require a permit for short-term driveway storage. We recommend checking with your HOA or city if you're unsure — we're happy to help.
What if I need more time?
No problem. Just give us a call before your rental ends and we'll extend it at the weekly extension rate for your package. No penalties, no hassle.
Can you move the totes to my new address?
Yes — that's one of the best parts. We can pick up your loaded totes and deliver them directly to your new home anywhere in our service area.
